Description:
The second of my preliminary models, this more abstract piece expresses the visual weight of the shapes in the pattern through the opacity and visual weight of the materials used. The rectangles are the most eye-catching in the pattern (represented with wood), with the triangles less so (represented with wire mesh), and the curved paths the least prominent, connecting the rectangles and triangles (represented with wire).
